Tracy White, Director of Human Resources at Clark Nuber, recently earned the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). In addition to passing the exam, Tracy also had to document practical human resource experience and must stay up-to-date in the field through recertification every three years.

The certification demonstrates the successful completion of a comprehensive examination that assesses generalist knowledge of the human resource field, including strategic management, workforce planning and employment, HR development, compensation and benefits, employee labor relations, and occupational health, safety, and security.
