Three Times the Best to Work For

Clark Nuber, a CPA and consulting firm in Bellevue, WA received its third “Best Company to Work For” award from Washington CEO Magazine. Employees participated in an anonymous, online survey and graded the firm in ten categories: communication, training & education, responsibility & decision making, performance standards, rewards & recognition, benefits, leadership, work environment, hiring & retention, and corporate culture. A panel of judges also scored corporate profiles written by the company and the final results were based on a combination of the two scores.
