Clark Nuber Elects New Shareholder
(Bellevue, WA) Effective January 1, 2009, Clark Nuber elected Andrew Prather to the position of Audit Shareholder. Prather received his BA in Accounting from the University of Washington in 1995 and joined Clark Nuber in June 2000. He has been a key player in both the not-for-profit and commercial practice areas. He serves as the firm's Audit Quality Control Director, and has established a national reputation for his knowledge in implementation of audit risk standards.
