Clark Nuber Chili Cook-Off Contest for Charity
(Bellevue, WA) Clark Nuber's employees recently pulled out their best chili recipes to enter the firm's second annual Chili Cook-Off Contest to raise money for a local charity. The money was raised by collecting $5 from each employee who purchased a round of tastes of the entries. Each taster then cast one vote for their favorite chili. The proceeds of the event this year were donated to United Way of King County. The firm matched the employee's donations $1 for $1.
The votes were tallied and the top three prize winners were: 1st Place, Lizzie Rahm of the HR Department; 2nd Place, Bob Heller of the State and Local Tax Group; and 3rd Place, Lilian Chiu of the Tax Department.
