Clark Nuber Bowls for Charity
(Bellevue, WA) A group of Clark Nuber CPAs recently took up a challenge from attorneys at law firm Stokes Lawrence in Seattle, WA and got together to bowl against each other for charity. The "challenge" was that each firm would choose a charity to benefit, and the losing team would make a contribution in the amount of $1,000 in the name of the winning team.
After the pins had fallen and the dust had settled, the scores were tallied and there was no defined winner so it was declared a "draw" by both teams. Each team donated $1,000 to the charity of choice of the other team. The organizations receiving the donations were Northwest Harvest and LAW Fund & The Campaign for Equal Justice.
