David is an avid history buff, spending some of his free time watching the History Channel and historical documentaries or reading biographies. His personal history is full of jobs that would lead one to believe he was destined for anything but accounting—forest service firefighter, camp supervisor, land surveyor, engineering draftsman, print production manager, and copy editor. Maybe it’s this diversity and life experience that makes David an exceptional asset to Clark Nuber.

David is a shareholder in the firm’s audit practice. He also serves as the firm’s audit Quality Control Director. He brings experience in managing financial reporting engagements for commercial business and employee benefit plan audits, business acquisition due diligence, and related business and tax planning and compliance. Industry expertise includes construction and real estate, manufacturing and distribution, professional service firms and technology driven businesses.
