A word to describe Rob is dedicated. Not only have he and his wife been to every Bruce Springsteen concert in the area since 1986, but he has given an incredible amount of himself to the success of Clark Nuber. You could say he’s our groupie.

As the shareholder in charge of the firm’s tax practice, he works with a wide assortment of businesses and their owners including real estate, professional services, technology and manufacturing. Rob loves working with the diverse team of tax professionals at Clark Nuber to continuously develop new and creative ways to serve our clients

Proven Results

  • Devised numerous strategies for transferring ownership of family businesses and real estate operations to the second generation using discounts and self-canceling installment notes to transfer future appreciation while retaining cash flow for the founders.
  • Consulted with many clients regarding both tax and business implications of shareholder and partner agreements, as well as various types of nonownership incentive plans, such as "phantom stock" plans.
  • Assisted clients in structuring foreign operations by examining U.S. tax and tax treaty implications, and coordinating with foreign advisors concerning local law.
